SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All items at Painted Lady Cabochons are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow 3 business days for us to create your custom piece before it ships. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Domestic (US): USPS First Class or Priority Mail (3-7 business days after item ships)
- International: USPS International (varies by destination, typically 10-21 business days)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Brenda.Miller98@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
