Refund policy

No returns on made-to-order items - Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for the customer, all sales are final

Exceptions - returns/exchanges only if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • There's a defect in craftsmanship
  • We sent the wrong item

Process for defects/errors:

  • Customer must contact within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • You'll provide a prepaid return label for verified defects/errors
  • Full replacement once you receive and confirm the issue

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases 
  • Color/size dissatisfaction (unless significantly different from photos)
