Refund policy
No returns on made-to-order items - Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for the customer, all sales are final
Exceptions - returns/exchanges only if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- There's a defect in craftsmanship
- We sent the wrong item
Process for defects/errors:
- Customer must contact within 7 days of delivery with photos
- You'll provide a prepaid return label for verified defects/errors
- Full replacement once you receive and confirm the issue
No refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Color/size dissatisfaction (unless significantly different from photos)
